Due to the adverse weather conditions and the closure of UL Arena please take note of the following rescheduling of events for the 2018 Irish Open LC Gala taking place in Limerick this weekend. 1500m FS Friday 2nd March is cancelled. All competitors will be refunded. 800m FS Saturday 3rd March is cancelled. All competitors will be refunded. Saturday 3rd March will see a new start time of 12 noon for all other events which will run in the order of the programme. Registration will be at 11:15 in UL Arena with warm-up until 11:45. Well done to all the Limerick Masters swimmers who travelled to Mallow on Saturday to take part in the annual Mallow Masters SC Gala. Plenty of PB’s were smashed. Alas we had to pass the Best Club Shield to Kilkenny Masters, well done fantastic swimming. As usual Mallow Masters did a fantastic job and as usual their bake off was a total hit with all swimmers…welll almost all…some of us did struggle a little more in that afternoon session.
